Why it mattered

Sports and entertainment run on dates printed on tickets. Opening night is not a target; it is fixed, and the schedule has to be built backward from it.

The challenge

One of the best-known speedways in the world redeveloped its infield into a new fan experience zone.

Work was possible only between scheduled racing events, and race week itself could not move. Each gap between events had to be planned as a project of its own.

Schedule at a glance

The whole program, on one line.

Start to finish, as the schedule tells it. For work still in progress, the bar moves with today's data date.

How we held the date

Our approach, phase by phase.

The same disciplined sequence we bring to every engagement, shaped around what this project needed most.

PHASE 01PHASE 02PHASE 03PHASE 04
PHASE 01Work the windows

Off-seasons and dark periods planned as projects of their own, with every day accounted for.

PHASE 02Plan the fallback

Any unfinished work planned in advance to be safe and usable for the next event.

PHASE 03Align every owner

Teams, operators and tenants working from one schedule toward one night.

PHASE 04Revenue spaces first

Premium seating and other revenue-critical spaces prioritized in the sequence.

What changed

The difference we made

Measured the only way that matters: whether the date and the budget held.

Result 01Gates open for race week

Fans walked into the finished zone for the season's marquee event.

Result 02Every gap between events worked

Each window was planned as a short project with its own critical path, start-to-finish.

Result 03Fans never rerouted blind

Temporary access routes were issued for each event held during construction, so crowds and crews never met.
