Scope statement

Your forecast is only as good as its last data date.

Most schedules start to decay the month after approval. Progress is entered loosely, logic is not maintained, out-of-sequence work accumulates, and within a quarter the forecast describes a project that no longer exists. Executives keep reading it, and keep deciding on it.

Our update cycle keeps the schedule honest. Each period we verify progress against field evidence, record actual dates with forensic precision, repair logic where the work has departed from the plan, and report what moved, why it moved and what it means for the dates your stakeholders are watching.

RFI log · questions answered

What leaders ask us first.

Straight answers. If yours isn't logged here, raise it with us directly. A principal will respond.

How often should a schedule be updated?

Monthly at minimum on most programs. Weekly cycles are worth the effort during fast-track phases, shutdowns and recovery.

Can you review a contractor's update on an owner's behalf?

Yes. We validate contractor updates for owners or prepare updates for contractors, always acting for one party on a given project.

Our schedule is already out of date. Where do we start?

With a documented re-status and repair. We bring the model back to reality first, record every correction, then resume a disciplined cycle.

The next step

Command the date you announced.

Book a 45-minute program review with a senior principal. You will leave with an independent read of where your schedule and cost really stand, and the three moves that matter most.
