Scope statement

A critical path you can manage by, and one you can defend.

CPM is the most powerful instrument in capital delivery and the most frequently misused. Open ends, constraint-driven dates and padded durations produce schedules that look finished and predict nothing. By the time the real critical path declares itself, the cheap options to protect the date have gone.

We build networks the way an engineer designs a load path. Every activity earns its place, every tie carries real logic and the critical path emerges from the work rather than being imposed on it. Each schedule is written to your contract specification and walked through with the people who will build it, so it is approved on first submission and used long after.

SH-02 · Capability schedule

What we bring to CPM Scheduling

Senior practitioners, proven method and the right technology, specified line by line.

C-01

Network logic design

Complete predecessor and successor logic, the right relationship types, and every lag justified in writing.

INCLUDED
C-02

WBS & coding architecture

Breakdown structures, activity codes and calendars designed for the field and for executive reporting alike.

INCLUDED
C-03

Duration engineering

Durations derived from quantities, crew sizes and verified productivity for each trade and region.

INCLUDED
C-04

Calendar & constraint discipline

Calendars, weather allowances and constraints applied deliberately, never as a shortcut to a date.

INCLUDED
C-05

Float stewardship

Total and free float analyzed, owned and reported, so contingency is visible rather than spent by default.

INCLUDED
C-06

Specification compliance

Schedules prepared against your scheduling specification, line by line, to avoid rejection cycles that delay payment.

SH-03 · Approach

A clear path, milestone by milestone.

Every engagement follows a disciplined sequence, so you always know what happens next and why.

PHASE 01PHASE 02PHASE 03PHASE 04
PHASE 01Absorb

We study scope, contract, means and methods, and the dates already committed.

PHASE 02Structure

We design the WBS, codes and calendars around how you will manage and report.

PHASE 03Build

We develop logic and durations with your field leaders, activity by activity.

PHASE 04Prove

We run diagnostics, walk the critical path with you and issue a schedule ready for approval.

Platforms

Technology we work in

Platform-fluent and vendor-independent. We work inside your environment, or recommend the one that fits.

SH-05 · Outcomes

What changes when we arrive.

Not activity. Results your board, your lenders and your teams can feel.

Outcome 01Dates that hold

A critical path that owners, lenders and contractors accept without argument.

Outcome 02Earlier foresight

Slippage visible months sooner, while there is still time and money to act.

Outcome 03Faster approval

Submittals accepted on first review, protecting the payment cycle.

RFI log · questions answered

What leaders ask us first.

Straight answers. If yours isn't logged here, raise it with us directly. A principal will respond.

How detailed should a CPM schedule be?

Detailed enough to manage the work and measure progress, and no more. We typically keep activity durations within one or two update periods, then calibrate to the phase and your contract's requirements.

Can you work in our existing platform?

Yes. We build natively in Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud and Microsoft Project, and convert between them without losing logic integrity.

Do you act for owners or contractors?

Both, but never both sides of one project. On any engagement we represent a single party, so our independence is never in question.

The next step

Command the date you announced.

Book a 45-minute program review with a senior principal. You will leave with an independent read of where your schedule and cost really stand, and the three moves that matter most.
