Scope statement

Plan backward from the milestone, with the people who will hit it.

The people who understand how work truly flows are the foremen and trade leads who will execute it. Pull planning puts them in the room, starts from a milestone and works backward, each hand-off negotiated face to face. The output is a better phase plan and, just as valuable, a set of trades who have committed to one another.

We facilitate with structure and pace, on a physical wall or a digital board. Commitments, constraints and hand-offs are captured as they are agreed, then reconciled with the master CPM schedule so lean planning and critical path control reinforce each other rather than compete.

RFI log · questions answered

What leaders ask us first.

Straight answers. If yours isn't logged here, raise it with us directly. A principal will respond.

Do we need to be a lean organization to benefit?

No. Pull planning is often the first lean practice a team adopts, and it delivers value on its own.

Can sessions run virtually?

Yes. We facilitate hybrid and fully digital sessions on collaborative pull-planning platforms.

Does pull planning replace the CPM schedule?

No. The CPM schedule sets the framework and the critical path; pull planning produces committed phase plans within it.
