Regular drone flights produce orthomosaics, 3D surfaces and volumetric measurements that show objectively what has been built and what has not. On large horizontal and campus sites, they replace opinion with evidence.
We use drone capture inside our controls work. Flights are timed to the reporting cycle, captured progress is compared with planned progress, and measured quantities feed progress measurement and earned value. The same imagery becomes a dated, contemporaneous record if entitlement is ever disputed.
Drone Technology, in expert hands
Software does not control projects. People who know it deeply do.
Progress capture
Flights timed to the data date, producing comparable imagery period to period.
Volumetrics
Earthwork and stockpile quantities measured from the air.
Dated record
Imagery archived as contemporaneous evidence for delay analysis.
Where Drone Technology does its best work
Quantity-based, field-verified progress measurement that turns physical work into numbers owners, lenders and auditors will accept.
2.02.05Earned Value Management (EVM)Earned value systems that integrate scope, schedule and budget, measure performance without opinion and forecast completion from evidence.
2.01.06Schedule UpdatesDisciplined periodic updates that capture verified progress, explain every movement and keep the schedule an instrument of command rather than a record of hope.
2.04.04Forensic SchedulingReconstruction and analysis of as-planned and as-built schedules from the project record, with every finding traceable to its source.
2.02.09Executive ReportingConcise, candid, decision-grade reporting for boards, executives, lenders and public stakeholders.
