Scope statement

See the likely outcome while it can still be changed.

Most project reporting describes what has already happened. Predictive analytics uses patterns in your own history and current performance to estimate what is likely to happen next: which milestones are drifting toward a slip, which cost accounts are trending past their budgets, which risk profiles resemble past overruns.

We build forecasting models that a controls professional can interrogate. Features come from schedule, cost and progress data that genuinely carry signal, such as float erosion, logic churn and earned-value trends. Models are validated against held-back projects, explained in plain terms and expressed as P50/P80-style ranges rather than false precision. They are then placed inside the reporting your teams already use, as an early-warning input to judgment, not a replacement for it.

RFI log · questions answered

What leaders ask us first.

Straight answers. If yours isn't logged here, raise it with us directly. A principal will respond.

How much history do we need?

It depends on the target. Portfolio-level forecasts benefit from many completed projects; activity-level models can work with rich update history from fewer. We assess readiness before recommending a build.

How accurate will the forecasts be?

We measure and report accuracy openly on your own data. Forecasts are always ranges with stated confidence, never guarantees, and they are designed to inform judgment rather than replace it.

Can people see why a forecast was made?

Yes. Every forecast shows the factors driving it, so planners and executives can challenge it on substance.

The next step

Command the date you announced.

Book a 45-minute program review with a senior principal. You will leave with an independent read of where your schedule and cost really stand, and the three moves that matter most.
