Primavera P6 Training
Primavera P6 taught through the discipline of scheduling: structure, logic, resources, baselines, updating and reporting, foundation to advanced.

From first activity to a schedule that holds up.
Primavera P6 will let you build almost anything, including a schedule with open ends, hard constraints masking real delay and a critical path that means nothing. The software does not stop it. Proper training does, and the cost of that training is small next to one unreliable baseline on a major program.
Participants build a realistic project from an empty EPS through to a statused update. Along the way they learn WBS and coding, logic and calendars, resource and cost loading, baselining, progressing and reporting, and at each step they learn why the practice matters and what a reviewer, an owner or an opposing expert will look for.

Technology we work in
Platform-fluent and vendor-independent. We work inside your environment, or recommend the one that fits.
What changes when we arrive.
Not activity. Results your board, your lenders and your teams can feel.
Participants able to build and maintain schedules without hand-holding.
Good practice applied from the next update onward.
Schedules more likely to pass owner and quality reviews.
What leaders ask us first.
Straight answers. If yours isn't logged here, raise it with us directly. A principal will respond.
Do participants need prior scheduling experience?
Not for the foundation level. Advanced sessions assume working familiarity with P6 and CPM.
Do you provide software for the course?
Training environment arrangements are confirmed at booking. Private cohorts can work in your own P6 environment where that suits.
Is this an official Oracle certification?
No. Participants receive a RichardBarkley certificate of completion. The content is relevant to Oracle's own certification paths, but it is not an Oracle-accredited course.
Project Controls Training
Integrated training in baselines, cost, change, earned value, risk and reporting for controls professionals and project managers.
Planning & Scheduling Training
Software-neutral training in scope breakdown, logic, durations, float, the critical path, updating and schedule quality.
Delay Analysis Training
Advanced training in recognized delay methods, concurrency, time impact analysis and the records and notices that protect entitlement.
