Scope statement

Know whether the schedule holds before you accept it.

When a contractor submits a baseline, how do you know it is sound? Owners routinely accept schedules they cannot evaluate, then learn in the delay claim that the logic was open-ended, durations were compressed or the critical path ran somewhere it should not. The accepted baseline becomes the yardstick for every argument that follows.

Our independent reviews test logic, structure, realism and compliance with the contract specification in native files. We validate the critical path, assess float and risk, and tell you plainly whether the schedule can be relied on, and what must change if it cannot. Comments go back to the author in a form they can act on, so the next submission is better.

RFI log · questions answered

What leaders ask us first.

Straight answers. If yours isn't logged here, raise it with us directly. A principal will respond.

Why does accepting a flawed baseline matter?

Because the accepted baseline becomes the reference for measuring delay and entitlement. A flawed one can undermine the owner's position in any later dispute.

How quickly can you review a schedule?

Most baseline reviews take one to two weeks. Monthly update reviews are typically returned within days of the data date.

Do you need the native schedule file?

Yes. XER, XML or MPP files are essential. A PDF hides the logic, the constraints and the float.

The next step

Command the date you announced.

Book a 45-minute program review with a senior principal. You will leave with an independent read of where your schedule and cost really stand, and the three moves that matter most.
