Schedule Health Assessment
Independent diagnostics against DCMA 14-Point, GAO and AACE practice that tell you, in days, how far a schedule can be relied upon and what it will take to fix it.

Before you stake capital on a date, test the schedule that produced it.
A schedule can look complete and professional while being structurally unsound: missing logic, excessive constraints, implausible durations, negative float smoothed away. Funding, contracting and announcement decisions made on such a schedule are made blind.
Our assessment applies DCMA 14-Point metrics, GAO Schedule Assessment Guide criteria and our own field-tested realism checks to produce a clear, scored view of reliability. It ends with prioritized corrections rather than generic criticism, and we can carry out the repairs with your team if you prefer. Where independence matters, we do not assess schedules we have prepared.

What is the DCMA 14-Point Assessment?
Fourteen schedule quality metrics developed by the US Defense Contract Management Agency, now widely used across sectors as a baseline test of schedule integrity.
Does a good DCMA score mean the dates are realistic?
No. DCMA tests structure, not realism. That is why we pair it with expert review of durations, sequence and constructability.
How long does an assessment take?
Typically three to seven working days from receipt of native files, with a verbal read-out before the written report.
Schedule Optimization
Analytical optimization of sequence, logic and resources that shortens programs without trading away safety, quality or confidence.
Resource Loading
Labor, equipment and cost loading that turns a schedule into a feasible plan for people, plant and cash, and the foundation for earned value.
Milestone Planning
Milestone frameworks that align contracts, payments, regulators and teams around the few dates that truly count, with early warning when any of them is at risk.
