Progress Measurement
Quantity-based, field-verified progress measurement that turns physical work into numbers owners, lenders and auditors will accept.

Pay for what was installed, not for what was reported.
Percent complete drives payments, forecasts and every earned value index on the project. It is also the figure most often estimated by feel. Optimistic reporting front-loads progress, and the final quarter reveals how much work was never really done.
We measure progress from evidence. Rules of credit agreed for each work type, installed quantities tracked against design quantities, weighted milestones and regular field walkdowns, increasingly confirmed with drone and reality-capture data. Verified progress then feeds the schedule update, the EVM cycle and the payment application from a single source.
What we bring to Progress Measurement
Senior practitioners, proven method and the right technology, specified line by line.
Measurement methods
Rules of credit by work type: units, milestones and weighted steps.
INCLUDEDQuantity tracking
Installed quantities measured against design quantities.
INCLUDEDField verification
Walkdowns and sampling that confirm what was reported.
INCLUDEDReality capture
Drone and scan data used as objective evidence of progress.
INCLUDEDPayment alignment
Progress tied to pay applications, so payment follows performance.
INCLUDEDProductivity analysis
Earned hours against actual hours, revealing crew performance early.
INCLUDEDA clear path, milestone by milestone.
Every engagement follows a disciplined sequence, so you always know what happens next and why.

Technology we work in
Platform-fluent and vendor-independent. We work inside your environment, or recommend the one that fits.
What changes when we arrive.
Not activity. Results your board, your lenders and your teams can feel.
Progress data that stands up to owners, lenders and auditors.
Pay applications grounded in verified installed work.
Crews falling behind identified weeks earlier.
What leaders ask us first.
Straight answers. If yours isn't logged here, raise it with us directly. A principal will respond.
What are rules of credit?
Agreed methods for earning progress on each work type. A pipe spool, for example, may earn set percentages at fabrication, installation and test.
Do drones genuinely improve measurement?
Yes, particularly on earthworks, structures and large sites. Repeat aerial capture gives comparable, objective evidence that removes argument.
How are progress disputes resolved?
Most disappear once rules are agreed in advance. Where disagreement remains, field verification supplies the evidence that settles it.
Change Management
Change control that captures, prices, schedules and records every change to scope, time and cost before it erodes contingency or entitlement.
Forecasting
Risk-informed schedule and cost forecasts, expressed as P50 and P80 ranges, that give executives an honest view of the finish date and final cost.
Executive Reporting
Concise, candid, decision-grade reporting for boards, executives, lenders and public stakeholders.
