Scope statement

Governance that speeds sound decisions and stops weak ones.

Weak governance fails in one of two directions. Decisions stall in committee while the critical path waits, or they are made without proper oversight and return as claims, audit findings or overruns. Both are expensive, and both are designed in, usually by accident.

We design governance proportionate to risk. Clear decision rights and delegated authority, thresholds that route the right questions to the right forum, stage gates with criteria that test genuine readiness and steering committees that receive decision-grade information on a fixed rhythm. Oversight bodies can discharge their duty, and the project keeps its pace.

RFI log · questions answered

What leaders ask us first.

Straight answers. If yours isn't logged here, raise it with us directly. A principal will respond.

How do stage gates protect an owner?

A well-designed gate confirms the project is truly ready before the next commitment of capital, which prevents expensive premature starts.

Can governance be too heavy?

Yes. Over-governance slows delivery and blurs accountability. We size governance to risk and remove anything that does not inform a decision.

Do you work within public-sector requirements?

Yes. We design governance that meets public accountability and audit expectations while keeping delivery efficient.
