Scope statement

Rigorous answers to the questions the board is asking.

Leaders rarely need another report. They need a well-evidenced answer to a specific question. Why do our programs consistently finish late in commissioning? Which delivery models hold their budgets? Where is contingency being consumed, and by what? Which partners deliver what they forecast? Those questions call for analysis, not more monitoring.

Our executive analytics engagements pair senior controls practitioners with analysts. We frame the question precisely, combine your schedule, cost and change data with structured interviews, test explanations against the evidence, and report in a concise briefing with clear recommendations and an honest statement of confidence. The aim is a decision, not a deck.

RFI log · questions answered

What leaders ask us first.

Straight answers. If yours isn't logged here, raise it with us directly. A principal will respond.

How is this different from a dashboard?

A dashboard monitors performance continuously. Executive analytics investigates one strategic question in depth and ends in a recommendation.

What data do we need to have?

Whatever exists. We work with your current schedule, cost and change records and fill gaps with structured interviews. Imperfect data is the norm, and we state its limits.

How long does a study take?

Focused studies typically run four to eight weeks, depending on the question and data access.

The next step

Command the date you announced.

Book a 45-minute program review with a senior principal. You will leave with an independent read of where your schedule and cost really stand, and the three moves that matter most.
