Scope statement

Claims built on evidence, and defenses held to the same standard.

A construction claim is one of the most exacting documents a business will produce. It must establish entitlement under the contract, prove causation, quantify time and cost, and still be standing after a skeptical counterparty, and possibly a tribunal, has tested every assumption.

We prepare claims for contractors and subcontractors and review and answer claims for owners. Forensic schedulers, cost specialists and contract-literate analysts work as one team with your counsel, so the narrative, the delay analysis and the quantum tell the same story. Overreach is the fastest way to lose credibility, and we would rather present a smaller claim that wins than a larger one that collapses.

RFI log · questions answered

What leaders ask us first.

Straight answers. If yours isn't logged here, raise it with us directly. A principal will respond.

Will you work with our lawyers?

Yes, closely, and where appropriate under their instruction to protect privilege.

Can you quantify disruption as well as delay?

Yes. Where the records support it we use recognized techniques such as measured mile to evidence lost productivity, and we are explicit about any limits in the data.

Should we start building a claim during the project?

Ideally entitlement is documented as events happen. Contemporaneous claims are stronger, cheaper to prepare and more often settled without formal proceedings.
