Baseline Schedule Development
Approved baselines that capture scope, sequence and risk with precision: the fixed reference against which every future decision, dollar and day is judged.

Every payment, claim and board update is measured against it. Build it to last.
The baseline is the yardstick for every progress payment, every extension request and every executive conversation over the life of the program. A flaw introduced at the start is inherited by every measurement taken afterwards, and it tends to surface at the worst possible moment: in a dispute.
We develop baselines that reflect the contract as awarded, the methods as planned and the risks as understood. Contingency is sized by analysis and shown openly. Then we carry the schedule through the approval process with your counterparty, so the line you measure against is one both sides have formally accepted.
What we bring to Baseline Schedule Development
Senior practitioners, proven method and the right technology, specified line by line.

Sequencing developed with superintendents and trade partners, reflecting how the work will really be built.

Optional loading of cost and labor, so the baseline doubles as your earned value foundation.

Technology we work in
Platform-fluent and vendor-independent. We work inside your environment, or recommend the one that fits.
What changes when we arrive.
Not activity. Results your board, your lenders and your teams can feel.
A single plan every party measures against, without debate.
A contemporaneous reference that preserves your position if time becomes contested.
Progress measured objectively, so cash moves on time and in proportion.
What leaders ask us first.
Straight answers. If yours isn't logged here, raise it with us directly. A principal will respond.
How long does baseline development take?
Typically three to eight weeks, depending on scope, complexity and the pace of review. On fast-track work we issue an interim schedule while the full baseline is completed.
Should the baseline include contingency?
Yes, visibly. We recommend explicit, risk-sized contingency allocated by the contract, rather than padding hidden inside individual durations.
What if the baseline is rejected?
We run the comment and response cycle for you. Most rejections trace back to logic quality or missing scope, and both are designed out before the first submission.
Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS)
Integrated Master Schedules that bind design, procurement, construction and commissioning into one traceable program view, from board summary to field activity.
Bid & Tender Schedules
Compliant, persuasive tender schedules that demonstrate mastery of the work, produced at the speed bid deadlines demand.
Recovery Scheduling
Recovery plans that restore control of late programs: diagnosed quickly, built on what is physically achievable and agreed by every party who must fund or deliver them.
