Scope statement

See the next six weeks as clearly as today.

The master schedule sets direction. The look-ahead tells the field what happens next. That three-to-six-week window is where the plan meets the workface, and where most of a program's productivity is either protected or quietly lost to crews waiting on drawings, materials and access.

We build rolling look-ahead processes that pull work from the current CPM update, break it into crew-level tasks and screen each one for design, material, permit, access and equipment readiness. Only work that is truly ready reaches the weekly plan, and what the field learns flows back into the master schedule every period.

RFI log · questions answered

What leaders ask us first.

Straight answers. If yours isn't logged here, raise it with us directly. A principal will respond.

How far ahead should a look-ahead reach?

Usually three to six weeks, set by procurement lead times and the pace of the work.

Who should own it?

The field team, typically superintendents and foremen, supported by the planner. We design the process so ownership sits where the work happens.

How does it stay aligned with the CPM schedule?

The look-ahead is extracted from each CPM update and its outcomes are fed back every period, so neither drifts from the other.

The next step

Command the date you announced.

Book a 45-minute program review with a senior principal. You will leave with an independent read of where your schedule and cost really stand, and the three moves that matter most.
