Scope statement

Change is certain. Uncontrolled change is a choice.

Designs evolve, ground conditions surprise and owners refine what they need. The volume of change rarely decides a project's fate. What decides it is how quickly change is captured, how honestly it is assessed and how completely it reaches the schedule, the budget and the contract record.

We put change under control for owners and contractors alike. Potential changes are logged at first notice. Time impacts are modeled with fragnets against the current schedule. Pricing is tested line by line. Decisions move through clear authority levels, and every approved change flows into the baseline, the forecast and a record that will survive a dispute.

RFI log · questions answered

What leaders ask us first.

Straight answers. If yours isn't logged here, raise it with us directly. A principal will respond.

How do you assess the time impact of a change?

Typically by inserting a fragnet that represents the change into the current schedule and measuring its effect on the critical path, a prospective time impact analysis.

Can you review contractor change pricing?

Yes. We test scope, quantities, labor and equipment rates and markups to establish a fair and reasonable value.

Do you configure change workflows in Procore or similar platforms?

Yes. We configure workflows so change data flows into controls automatically, with no re-keying.

The next step

Command the date you announced.

Book a 45-minute program review with a senior principal. You will leave with an independent read of where your schedule and cost really stand, and the three moves that matter most.
