Scope statement

Independent proof that what you are told is true.

Sponsors and boards depend on information prepared by the people delivering the work, people who understandably want their progress seen in the best light. Without independent assurance, a troubled program can report amber for a year and turn red in a single month.

Our assurance reviews test reported information against evidence. We examine schedule integrity, cost basis, risk, governance, organization and readiness, interview people at every level and validate the critical path in native files. Findings are candid and constructive: built to help the program succeed, not to assign blame, and prioritized so leadership knows exactly where to act first.

RFI log · questions answered

What leaders ask us first.

Straight answers. If yours isn't logged here, raise it with us directly. A principal will respond.

How long does an assurance review take?

A focused health check typically takes one to three weeks. Comprehensive gateway reviews can take longer, depending on scale.

Will a review disrupt the project team?

We keep the burden light: evidence first, a small number of well-prepared interviews and no parallel reporting demands on the team.

Who receives the report?

The commissioning sponsor sets distribution. We usually brief project leadership on findings before the report is final, so nothing arrives as a surprise.

The next step

Command the date you announced.

Book a 45-minute program review with a senior principal. You will leave with an independent read of where your schedule and cost really stand, and the three moves that matter most.
