Scope statement

Schedule, cost and risk, taught as one system.

Controls is usually taught in silos: scheduling in one course, cost in another, risk somewhere else. Practitioners finish without seeing how the pieces connect, and connection is the entire point. A change that is logged but never reaches the forecast, or a risk register that never touches the schedule, is how programs are surprised.

This course follows a single realistic program from integrated baseline through monthly updates, change, risk and forecasting to the executive report. Participants practice the full cycle, reconciling schedule and cost at each data date, and develop the judgment that turns controls from a reporting function into an early-warning system.

RFI log · questions answered

What leaders ask us first.

Straight answers. If yours isn't logged here, raise it with us directly. A principal will respond.

Who should attend?

Planners, cost engineers, controls analysts and project managers who want an integrated, practical command of the discipline.

Does this prepare people for professional certifications?

It builds knowledge relevant to AACE and PMI credentials, but it is not an exam-preparation course and we do not represent it as one.

Can it reflect our own procedures?

Yes. Private cohorts can be built around your controls procedures, systems and reporting formats.

The next step

Command the date you announced.

Book a 45-minute program review with a senior principal. You will leave with an independent read of where your schedule and cost really stand, and the three moves that matter most.
