Scope statement

Rebuild what actually happened, one traceable date at a time.

Some projects reach a dispute with neglected updates, scattered records and two incompatible versions of events. Forensic scheduling recovers the truth from what remains: daily reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, photographs, inspection logs and pay applications, assembled into as-planned and as-built schedules analyzed under AACE International and SCL Protocol methods.

Our forensic schedulers are deliberate and exacting. A reconstruction is only as credible as its weakest date, so every date we rely on is referenced to evidence in a source database the other side can inspect. Where the record is silent, we say so rather than fill the gap with assumption.

RFI log · questions answered

What leaders ask us first.

Straight answers. If yours isn't logged here, raise it with us directly. A principal will respond.

What if our schedules were never properly updated?

We reconstruct the as-built from other project records and choose an analysis method that suits the evidence that exists. Poor updates make the work harder, not impossible.

How long does a forensic reconstruction take?

It depends on project scale and record quality. Focused analyses often take a few weeks; major disputes can take several months. We give a staged estimate after an initial record review.

What is AACE 29R-03?

AACE International Recommended Practice 29R-03, Forensic Schedule Analysis: a widely recognized framework that classifies forensic scheduling methods and how they should be applied.
