Scope statement

A PMO that earns its seat at the executive table.

Many PMOs drift into administration: collecting status slides nobody reads and enforcing templates teams resent. Leadership pays for the office and still learns about problems late. The test of a PMO is simple. Does it change decisions, and does it make projects finish better?

We design and run PMOs against that test. Governance proportionate to risk, a short set of standards that genuinely save teams time, shared tools, deliberate capability building and portfolio reporting executives rely on. Whether you are standing up a new office or resetting one that has lost credibility, we measure the PMO on delivery outcomes, never on compliance.

RFI log · questions answered

What leaders ask us first.

Straight answers. If yours isn't logged here, raise it with us directly. A principal will respond.

Should our PMO be centralized or federated?

It depends on structure, culture and the shape of your portfolio. We assess the options with you and design the model that fits, rather than importing a standard one.

Can you run our PMO on an interim basis?

Yes. We provide interim leadership and staff while you recruit or develop a permanent team, then transition cleanly.

How do you keep a PMO from becoming bureaucratic?

Every standard and report must answer a named decision. If it does not, it goes. The office is measured on delivery outcomes, not on forms completed.
