Scope statement

Many projects, one budget, one governed view.

Programs fail in places no single project report looks. A late utility relocation strands three downstream packages. An overrun on one site quietly consumes the contingency meant for all of them. Each project manager reports green, and the program still misses its date.

We build controls at the level where the risk actually sits: an integrated master schedule with governed interfaces, a program budget with contingency held at the right tier, common coding and reporting standards across every contractor, and decision forums with clear thresholds. Sponsors see how each project moves the program outcome, and can act before a local problem becomes a portfolio one.

RFI log · questions answered

What leaders ask us first.

Straight answers. If yours isn't logged here, raise it with us directly. A principal will respond.

How do program controls differ from project controls?

Project controls govern a single scope. Program controls govern what projects share: budgets, contingency, interfaces, resources and the outcome the sponsor is accountable for.

Our contractors use different systems. Is that a problem?

No. We set data standards and integration routines that normalize submissions from P6, Microsoft Project and other platforms into one view.

Do you support public programs?

Yes. A large share of our program controls work serves public agencies and the program managers acting for them.

The next step

Command the date you announced.

Book a 45-minute program review with a senior principal. You will leave with an independent read of where your schedule and cost really stand, and the three moves that matter most.
