Why it mattered

Sports and entertainment run on dates printed on tickets. Opening night is not a target; it is fixed, and the schedule has to be built backward from it.

The challenge

A professional franchise modernized its stadium over three off-seasons, adding video boards, premium seating, concourses and new building systems.

Each off-season was a hard window. Anything unfinished had to be made safe and usable for the opener, so every sprint needed a defined fallback as well as a plan.

Start to finish, as the schedule tells it. For work still in progress, the bar moves with today's data date.
