Large Mammal Habitat
Animal transfer dates do not move. The habitat was built around them.
LocationYulee, FLCivic projects belong to the public, and the public notices when a date slips. Elected officials, donors and residents deserve a schedule that tells them the truth early.
A conservation center built a new habitat for large mammals, with barns, water features and visitor viewing areas.
Animal transfers and quarantine periods were arranged with other institutions and set dates construction could not shift. Noise and activity near the animals had to be managed throughout.
The whole program, on one line.
Start to finish, as the schedule tells it. For work still in progress, the bar moves with today's data date.
Our approach, phase by phase.
The same disciplined sequence we bring to every engagement, shaped around what this project needed most.

The difference we made
Measured the only way that matters: whether the date and the budget held.
Piling, demolition and other loud work were scheduled away from occupied enclosures and keeper-defined sensitive periods.
Barns, water features and fencing were signed off ahead of every planned transfer.
Public viewing areas welcomed guests at the start of the season, as the center had planned.
What we brought to it
Critical Path Method schedules engineered so that every date has a reason, every float value means something and every forecast can be trusted in a boardroom.
2.01.11Milestone PlanningMilestone frameworks that align contracts, payments, regulators and teams around the few dates that truly count, with early warning when any of them is at risk.
