Bayfront Park Master Plan, Phase I
Fifty-three acres of waterfront, and two partners who needed to see the same plan.
LocationSarasota, FLCivic projects belong to the public, and the public notices when a date slips. Elected officials, donors and residents deserve a schedule that tells them the truth early.
A city and its nonprofit partner began transforming a waterfront district into a major public park.
Shoreline restoration, environmental permits and public events all shaped the schedule, and each partner had its own board and reporting cycle. Without a shared plan, the two organizations risked announcing different dates.
The whole program, on one line.
Start to finish, as the schedule tells it. For work still in progress, the bar moves with today's data date.
Our approach, phase by phase.
The same disciplined sequence we bring to every engagement, shaped around what this project needed most.

The difference we made
Measured the only way that matters: whether the date and the budget held.
Environmental work was completed within its permitted windows.
The first phase opened for a community celebration on the planned date.
City and nonprofit leadership reported from the same schedule.
What we brought to it
Approved baselines that capture scope, sequence and risk with precision: the fixed reference against which every future decision, dollar and day is judged.
2.01.11Milestone PlanningMilestone frameworks that align contracts, payments, regulators and teams around the few dates that truly count, with early warning when any of them is at risk.
2.01.06Schedule UpdatesDisciplined periodic updates that capture verified progress, explain every movement and keep the schedule an instrument of command rather than a record of hope.
