Why it mattered

Food and beverage plants live by market windows: peak season, retail launches, distribution contracts. A schedule that misses the window does not lose weeks; it loses the year.

The challenge

A growing beverage company consolidated brewing, packaging and distribution onto a single new campus.

Brewhouse equipment shipped from Europe, and packaging lines from three separate vendors had to commission in sequence. The owner ran a lean team and wanted an independent voice on schedule and change.

How we held the date

Our approach, phase by phase.

The same disciplined sequence we bring to every engagement, shaped around what this project needed most.

PHASE 01PHASE 02PHASE 03PHASE 04
PHASE 01Protect production

Shutdowns placed in low-demand periods, with every outage planned to the hour.

PHASE 02Put equipment on the path

Process equipment tracked from factory slot to setting on its foundation.

PHASE 03Integrate the vendors

Line vendors, automation and building trades working to one critical path.

PHASE 04Validate and ramp

Line trials, food-safety validation and ramp-up scheduled as real work with real durations.

What changed

The difference we made

Measured the only way that matters: whether the date and the budget held.

Result 01Summer demand met

Production ramped up ahead of the peak season.

Result 02Three vendors, one sequence

Every packaging vendor worked to a single commissioning schedule with clear handoffs.

Result 03The owner's eyes on the job

We acted as owner's representative on schedule and change, testing every request for time before it was granted.
