Why it mattered

Food and beverage plants live by market windows: peak season, retail launches, distribution contracts. A schedule that misses the window does not lose weeks; it loses the year.

The challenge

A beverage producer built a greenfield bottling plant to serve a growing regional market, with distribution contracts already in force.

Imported high-speed lines, local permitting and a binational team produced three different views of the same program. The owner needed one baseline that both sides of the team trusted and would defend.

How we held the date

Our approach, phase by phase.

The same disciplined sequence we bring to every engagement, shaped around what this project needed most.

PHASE 01PHASE 02PHASE 03PHASE 04
PHASE 01Protect production

Shutdowns placed in low-demand periods, with every outage planned to the hour.

PHASE 02Put equipment on the path

Process equipment tracked from factory slot to setting on its foundation.

PHASE 03Integrate the vendors

Line vendors, automation and building trades working to one critical path.

PHASE 04Validate and ramp

Line trials, food-safety validation and ramp-up scheduled as real work with real durations.

What changed

The difference we made

Measured the only way that matters: whether the date and the budget held.

Result 01First bottle inside the window

Production started within the window committed to distributors.

Result 02Lines brought up in turn

Installation was staggered so each line earned revenue while the next was commissioned.

Result 03Reports in two languages

Schedules and narratives were issued in English and Spanish, so no decision waited on translation.
