University Athletic Complex
The first home game was printed on season tickets before the site was even cleared.
LocationJacksonville, FLCampuses run on dates that do not move: the first day of school, the start of term, the opening game. We plan backward from those days and tell boards early, and plainly, whether they will hold.
A private university announced a new athletic complex, with grandstand, fieldhouse and track, and scheduled its first home game before construction began.
Turf, sports lighting and grandstand steel all carried long lead times, and the site sat over poor soils that needed ground improvement before anything else could start. Either risk alone could have consumed the entire float.
The whole program, on one line.
Start to finish, as the schedule tells it. For work still in progress, the bar moves with today's data date.
Our approach, phase by phase.
The same disciplined sequence we bring to every engagement, shaped around what this project needed most.

The difference we made
Measured the only way that matters: whether the date and the budget held.
The complex hosted its first game on the date printed on the tickets.
Every critical procurement was tracked from submittal to delivery, and none reached site after its install date.
Ground improvement was pulled into the first sixty days, removing the largest risk while there was still time to react.
What we brought to it
Critical Path Method schedules engineered so that every date has a reason, every float value means something and every forecast can be trusted in a boardroom.
2.01.10Resource LoadingLabor, equipment and cost loading that turns a schedule into a feasible plan for people, plant and cash, and the foundation for earned value.
2.01.06Schedule UpdatesDisciplined periodic updates that capture verified progress, explain every movement and keep the schedule an instrument of command rather than a record of hope.
